The Booke of Nehemiah
1.1 Nehemiah
vnderstanding by Hanani, the misery of Ierusalem, mourneth, fasteth and
prayeth.
1.5 His prayer.
2.1 Artaxerxes
vnderstanding the cause of Nehemiahs sadnesse, sendeth him with letters and
commission to Ierusalem.
2.9 Nehemiah, to the
griefe of the enemies, commeth to Ierusalem.

6.1 Sanballat
practiseth by craft, by rumours, by hired prophecies, to terrifie Nehemiah.
6.15 The worke is
finished to the terrour of the enemies.
6.17 Secret
intelligence passeth betweene the enemies, and nobles of Iudah.
7.1 Nehemiah
commiteth the charge of Ierusalem to Hanani and Hananiah.
7.5 A register of the
geneologie of them which came at the first out of Babylon,

7.43 of the Leuites.
