Amy told Ed Kranz to make the judging forms by next week

Possibility of inviting B. Martin Foster- Muncie Times, the only Af. Am. Newspaper in Muncie

Josh Witsman wants to buy coins for the speakers. The cost is $16 and Josh said that if we had 15 speakers it would cost $240.
Dr. Maria says that there are a limited number of speakers as of yet. Told Josh to only get 10 coins
Gift bags will go to anyone who registers at the conference and it is estimated that we need 150 bags.
Olive Garden will donate two pans of lasagna and two pans of salad- it will feed thirty people
Every bakery in town turned down Renee.
She was able to get $10 gift certificates from some area businesses.
Dr. Maria said to mail synopsis to Brian VanDerKee by Thursday
