You can feel your heart beating right out of your body.
You try to jump around weird things.
You can't even tell what they are.

Then a woman appears out of nowhere.

She gives you a lanternto light your way safely to your car.

She tells you to go quickly before they come out.

You don't question her wisdom and jet outta there!

But not before a quick look back.

As you drive away, relieved, you reach for a cigarette and find a book in the passenger seat.

Dare you open it?

No.

But how did it get here? Never mind, your curiosity is getting the better of you.

You pull into an all night motel.

Even thought the moon is full, the car is dark.

The light from your cigarette illuminates the book.
