Pokemon Yellow

I would like to thank Meowth346 for many of my pics!

Pokemon Yellow is going for the Pikachu fans! This new pokemon game (availible Oct. 18, 1999) will have all kinds of new stuff. Complete color will be a new addition to its brand of pokemon games. But one of the best new parts of the game is the option to print your pokemon with the gameboy printer. The storyline has also altered just slightly.

The Story

Prof. Oak, a highly recegnized pokemon expert, introduces you to the idea of pokemon, then he askes you and your opponent's names. You start out in your house. You look around the city known as Pallet for Prof. Oak but you can't find him so you leave the town. Before you are three feet into the grassy area betwean Pallet and the next town, Prof. Oak stoppes you. He warnes you about the grassy areas but it's too late for a wild Pikachu has confronted both of you. Quickly Prof. Oak uses a pokeball to capture the pokemon. Prof. Oak then tells you to follow him. Once at Oak's lab you find your rival is waiting for Prof. Oak. The prof. offers you a pokemon, but your rival steals it before you have a chance to grab the pokeball. Oak then gives you the Pikachu he caught a few minutes ago. As you head out of oak's lab your rival confronts you. Can you defeat your rival, can you get into the pokemon leage, will you become the world's greatest pokemon trainer?

Your Rival

Your rival startes out with an Eevee, and at the the end of the game he will evolve it into Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon. He will evolve it into a Vaporeon if you loose your first battle. He will evolve it into Jolteon if you win in the lab and if you win on the path to the west of Viridian city. He will evolve it into a Flareon if you win at the lab, but loose on the path west of Viridian.

Team Rocket

Team rocket will also make their own guest appearances. Their team of pokemon will consist of Meowth, Ekans,& Koffing wich they will evolve later. I'll have more later.

The Pokemon

Remember how hard it was to trade for charmander, squirtle, and bulbasaur?
Well now someone will just give them to you! I will tell you how once I get my walkthroughs up.

Pikachu will also help you durring your journey, and just for fun the makers added this new feature: Pikachu followes you around and you can check on him at any time. Pickachu can not be evolved, and you can't catch another pikachu, at least by what I've herd. There is also a surfing pikachu somewhere in the game, see:

Pikachu learns these move:
---- thundershock
---- growl
6 tail whip
8 thunder wave
11 quick attack
15 double team
20 slap
26 thunderbolt
33 agility
41 thunder
50 light screen
Unfortunatly you do need to trade with other people to get all of the 151 pokemon. The pokemon wich are not in Yellow areas follows:Weedle, Kakuna, Beedrill, Ekans, Arbok, Meowth, Persian, Koffing, Weezing, Jinx, Electabuzz, & Magmar.
Check out Pickachu's expressions:
