Pokemon Blue , Red & Green

Pokemon Shades?

Ok, many questions have been asked about Pokemon Green, so this is the basic lowdown: In Japan the first two pokemon games that came out were Pokemon Red & Pokemon Green. These two had (I think) different pokemon, but not the whole 150. As a fallowup they put Pokemon Blue on the market, which had the other pokemon(not found in Pokemon Red or Green). Once the US got it they only released pokemon blue and red, which had all the pokemon looking like they did in the Japaneise blue version. These are the boxes of the pokemon games:

So you want to get your hands on Pokemon Green do you? Well it's a shame but if you want Green you will have to import it from Japan because it isn't schedualed to be released in America. I guess the US didn't think that it was worth it. I will have lots more on green soon.

The differences betwean Red & Blue

The major difference Pokemon Red & Pokemon Blue are the pokemon. Like for example: Scyther can only be caught in the red version while Magmar can only be caught in blue version. This does not mean that if you have the blue version you can't get a Scyther, you can trade(using the linkcable) with other people who have the opposite version of what you have. Another difference betwean the two versions is the rarety of the pokemon, how often you find a certain pokemon. For example in the Veridian forest in blue version you find lots of Caterpie and few Weedle while in red version you find lots of Weedle but few Caterpie. The final difference between blue & red is the cost of certain items at the coin exchange, in red version everything is more expensive.

Secrets

Since this site wasn't put up for the perpose of cheating I will have few codes.
MissingNo.
This odd pokemon can be caught by talking to the man in Viridian City who teaches you to catch a pokemon. After he has taught you fly to the seafoam island. Surf along the eastern coast so you are half on land and half in the water. Eventually you should fight the pokemon(#000) that has a mixed up name, and lookes really weird, this is MissingNo.,a pokemon with a super high attack but a really bad defence.******Warning if you catch this Pokemon it may screw up your game*******Check out the screen shots:

Catch Saffari Zone Pokemon outside
To catch Saffari Zone pokemon (ex. Touraus) Go to the area that the pokemon is in (ex. Area 2) walk around in that area untill your time runs out. It doesn't matter if you find a pokemon. After you leave the Saffari Zone fly to the Seafoam islands. Surf 1/2 on shore 1/2 in water and you will fight pokemon from that area, hopefully the one that you want.
