Medium: Watercolour

Subject: My little cousin, Jake, at age 1.

Objective: To achieve a realistic quality with watercolour. The assignment was to do a grayscale painting, using reference to the value scale. I think I achieved a great sense of chairoscuro with this peice. So I guess I hit two birds with one stone, huh? Also one of my favorites, considering the subject. :-)
