background: Luc Cifer started out as a promising student at the sacred halls on Ossuss. However, the masters noticed the first signs of trouble when he explained his belief on justice which was very much an eye for an eye. The also observed that he seemed to be a bit power hungry, he seemed to be seeking mastery of the force for more than just knowledge and defense. He was confronted by the masters, on the outside it appeared that Cifer swollowed his pride and listened to what they said, but he hid his feelings well, as he burned with anger. Cifer took a sabatical from his training, to "find the will of the force" he returned nine years later as the model student and quickly rose to become a prominent knight. Earning him the posistion of grand protectorate of House Pelgia in the Tapani Empire. What was unknown to all is that in those nine years Cifer trained and learned the ways of the Sith. When he went back to the Tapani Empire he sought out the secret and sinister Mercosa and preformed a successful coup. Luc Cifer was just buying his time carefully planning and waiting for the right opportunity to strike. Unfortuantly for him, the opportuninty never came before he was struck down by the young jedi apprentice Tim.
