1 1/4 cups white rice 2 cans cream of [your choice] soup either regular or fat free
1 soup can of milk chicken (frozen breasts, fresh quartered, etc., but bigger pieces, not chicken strips)
1 packet of dry onion soup mix. | Mix white rice with soup and milk Pour in 13x9 glass baking dish. Top
with chicken and sprinkle with onion soup mix Cover with tin foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Do not
lift foil until you are ready to eat. :o) |
