Can also make 1, 9 inch Quiche
1 pkg of pie crusts
1 can crab meat
1 C cheddar cheese, grated
1 "Pour a Quiche" (I use triple Cheese or Broccoli/Cheese)
Cut pie dough with small biscuit cutter and fit into greased mini muffin tins.
Put small amount of crab and cheese in crust
Then, pour some of quiche mix over these.Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until middle is firm.
If making 1 large Quiche*, just pour all ingredients into a 9 inch deep dish Pie crust.
* I have also just added 1 egg and a little milk to the Quiche mix and made 2, regular 9 inch pies.
