vegetable salt (Mrs. Dash) 1 egg, lightly beaten
| oil for frying sharp cheddar cheese slices, or
a vegan equivalent 8 pita rounds, 1 edge trimmed for filling spicey mustard 3 tomatoes, chopped
2 avacados, peeled, pitted, and finely diced 1/2 bunch green leaf lettuce, chopped creamy herbal dressing
