Sift flour once ...
combine the baking powder, salt and eggs in a bowl (not the egg shells silly). Place over smaller bowl of hot
water and beat it (like M Jackson's song :o) Add sugar gradually until mix gets thicker and light colored.
Remove bowl from hot water Fold in flour and vanilla. Put in (15x10 inch) pan - greased already (silly), lined
with paper to within 1/2 inch of edge and greased again! | Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-15 min.
When you take it out - quickly cut off 'crisp edges' Turn pan, at once, onto cloth that is covered with powdered
sugar (be sure to remove paper too). Spread with that 'delicious leftover Cranberry Jelly' (or other jelly)
and roll it. Wrap in cloth and cool on a cake rack. All that remains is to 'slice and serve' :o) [yummy]
