1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 can Eagle Brand sweetend condensed milk 1 1/4 cup icing sugar pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) | In a large glass bowl or mixing cup, mix chocolate chips
with the Eagle Brand. Cook in microwave on HI for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir until chips are melted
and the mixture is smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with waxed paper.
Spread the mixture. Refrigerate 2-3 hours until firm. Unmold fudge, remove waxed paper and cut into square.
Place in a box, cover and keep at room temperature. Can also be made in advance and frozen for up to six weeks.
Thaw at room temperature before cutting into squares. |
