Peanut Butter Surprise -Jaime: From the Idea Exchange
Ingredients:Directions:
1 1/2 cups Peanut butter
1 1/2 sticks of margarine
3 3/4 cups shifted powder sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 pkg choc chips or candy coating
Mix butter, peanut butter and brown sugar in a pan on the stove.
Then add vanilla and powdered sugar.
Pat in a 9x13 inch pan.
Cover with melted chocolate.
I used a regular bag of Hershey milk chocolate chips.
It kinda made a thicker top layer of chocolate than I wanted but it is still very good.
Enjoy!

I want to thank Nancy at snp@bright.net for the recipe.-Jaime
