CHOCOLATE MINT SIPPER -Tim: from the Idea Exchange
Ingredients:Directions:
1/4 t mint extract
1 T semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup prepared hot chocolate
15 miniature or 3 large marshmallows
Stir the extract and chips into the hot chocolate until the chips melt
Top with the marshmallows.

Peppermint Hot Chocolate -Carrie: from the Idea Exchange
Ingredients: Directions:
1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
Prepared Hot Chocolate
Pour Schnapps in an Irish coffee mug and fill with hot chocolate.
Garnish with whipped cream and a candy cane.
Also, you can just make your hot chocolate and add a little mint extract to it.
If you are making a recipe with chocolate chips, use the mint chocolate chips.

Hot Peppermint Chocolate Mix- Tim: from the Idea Exchange
Ingredients:Directions:
6, 4 1/2 in. sticks peppermint candy
2 c. powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
Place candy sticks in ziploc bag and crush with a mallet.
Combine crushed candy with remaining ingredients in large bowl.
To make hot chocolate:
Combine 3 heaping t of mix with l cup boiling water.

Chocolate Coffee -Kateo: A Front Porch Chef
Ingredients:Directions:
4 heaping teaspoons of cocoa mix
1 scant teaspoon of instant coffee mix
dash of cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in 1 C very hot water
Makes one serving.
