ROSIE: Please welcome Jaimie Laurita, ladies and gentlemen!

(Applause, screams)

R: Hi Jaimie.

JAIMIE: (Pleasantly) Hello.

R: Nice to see you.

J: Nice to see you.

R: Well she [referring to Sarah] raves about you. She said she saw you, and you cooked for her, and she said, "Let's make a book," and you said, "No way."

J: Yeah, I didn't believe her. I mean, she's always so busy. She couldn't possibly have the time to do this with me. But she was so adament about it that it- it just happened.

R: And she made a book. Sarah is a vegetarian, as is Jaimie. The book is called Plenty and it's a bunch of vegetarian recipies, as well as fabulous desserts, and we thought- and healthy- and I enjoy a desert or two- I don't know if you've heard.

J: I've heard.

(Laughter)

R: Yeah. Okay, Jaimie. So what are we making today?

J: We're gonna do this apple tart. Now, the reason we're doing this apple tart is because it's fast and quick.

R: Okay.

J: I need to be fast and quick on the road. I mean, sometimes I cook in bathrooms, and I don't have the time to, you know- (off Rosie's look) Yeah, I actually have cooked in a bathroom.

R: You...How?

J: See- I don't have time to go, so I mean...

R: I don't wanna say it sceeves me, but it sceeves me a little bit.

(Laughter)

J: But you clean 'em...

R: I know you clean 'em. I'm just saying the whole...

J: ...That hand sanitizer thing is great.

R: Eh, okay.

(Laughter. Rosie moves to a nifty little contraption with a crank.)

R: So this is actually an apple peeler.

J: Yes, it is. I figure, you know, if you don't have one of these at home, it's real easy to use, you know, a- but these are much more fun.

R: This is- okay...

J: So we're gonna do this real quick, Rosie...

(We see Rosie cranking her apple peeler and not having much luck breaking the skin.)

J: ...It's real fast. You can peel an apple in five seconds.

R: Well, you can if you get it started! Look at this. Mine didn't even...

(Laughter. The apple starts to peel, but very sloppily.)

R: Oh, there you go. Alright, mine didn't even start. Jeez!

(Jaimie finishes his apple and comes to help her while she continues to struggle.)

J: Okay...

R: Wait a minute, I was so excited about this tool.

(It starts to work better.)

R: Here I go.

J: (Grabbing Plenty and sticking it under the counter.) Don't mess up my book.

R: I'm sorry, Jaimie! You know, you tell me not to push, and look what I did! I wasted all the apple.

J: Did you eat before the segment?

(He takes over for her.)

R: I did not! What are you pushing for?

J: Look what you're doing- You don't have to push. You have to be tender, Rosie.

R: Alright but you know-

(The apple falls apart, a lost cause. Laughter. It's not going too well so far, and the audience seems to be getting a kick out of it!)

J: Oh my god...

R: -Jeez.

J: ...One bad apple. Okay, we're gonna-

R: (Laughing and doing a dance with arm movements. The band starts playing while she starts singing some song I don't know.) Oh-oh, I don't care what they say...

J: I'm not gonna do that. (Music stops.) ...So, anyway.

Sorry to leave you hanging there, but I'm still working on the rest! LOTS of dialogue! Lol.
