(eps. 25)Princess Karaoke: Tai, Joe, and their Digimon companions track Mimi down to a gigantic fortress/castle, where they are surprised to find that, far from being held as a prisoner, she's being Treated like a princess by the locals, a race of frog-like beings called Gekomon.
(eps. 26)Sora's Crest of Love: When the kids find Sora, she is worried that her Crest of Love will never glow again. As the dangerous Myotismon moves in to attack the kids, Birdramon must digivolve, and Sara is met with a big surprise.

The kids and their Digimon must battle a whole horde of Demidevimon's minions in order to try and protect the "chosen child," who Myotismon is plotting to capture.

Myotismon finds his way into the real world, slamming the portal shut behind him. The kids and their Digimon must get to the chosen child before Myotismon does, and in order to do so, they have to unlock the portal by figuring out how to use the special cards which they were given.
(eps. 29)Return to Highton View Terrace: MyotisMon creates fake crests that react when the eighth digivice is near. Meanwhile the kids remember how they once lived in Highton View Terrace but moved out during a terrorist attack that was really caused by the digimon battling.
(eps. 30)Almost Home Free: While trying to get home, the kids find out it's not easy navigating the big city with a bunch of Digimon and too little money. They disguise themselves inside a subway car, but can they keep the act up long enough to fool Demidevimon?

A fully-digivolved Leomon helps Joe and Mimi in their battle with Metal Etemon. Meanwhile, the others have their hands full with Puppetmon when he turns his entire mansion into a weapon!
(eps. 48)My Sister's Keeper; Kari isn't feeling well, and the kids scramble to get her to a hospital. Izzy realizes that the group is being traced by the remaining Dark Masters and figures out a way to hide themselves. But when the dangerous monster army finds them, the kids are in danger yet again.
(eps. 49) The Crest of Light; The gang battles through an underground sewer where they stumble across the powerful Waru Monzaemon & the Numemon. When a light washes over Kari's body, the team is given added power, aiding them in their continuing battle with the Dark Masters.
DigitalTai's Summary; The story takes place in the sewer, where they take on We
re Monzaemon and his Numemon slaves. Kari becomes washed in The light which
gives they gang added power to fight the Dark Masters. Only they don't know
yet what kind of power. A battle ensues between Machinedramon and War
Greymon. As soon as the battle starts Metal Garurumon shows up and the two
take on Machinedramon and finishes him. Only leaving one Dark Master, Piedmon.
(eps. 50) Joe's Battle; The kids arrive at the castle of the Dark Masters, finding Lady Devimon waiting there to attack them. Meanwhile, Joe and Mimi return to Primary Village in search of Matt. Joe sets off on an adventure across the sea to find Matt and bring him back to help the group battle Piedmon.
DigitalTai's Summary; After reaching Piedmon's territory the gang is confronted by
Lady Devimon who has amazing powers. In time, Angewomon and the others
overcomes her and she is defeated.
(eps. 51) The Crest of Friendship; The team must band together to defeat the strongest of the Dark Masters, Piedmon. The search for Matt continues, while an injured Tai and War Greymon struggle to bring Piedmon down.
DigitalTai's Summary; Meanwhile, Matt and Gabumon are caught in a cave where they
are tormented by the thought of Matt not having any friendship traits. They
discover that Matt had it all along and he and Gabumon grow closer together.
Unfortunately, Sora enters the cave looking for Matt and Gabumon just as they
leave and she is in danger. Matt and Gabumon guide her out after returning in
to the cave after her and they head on to face Piedmon.
(eps. 52) Piedmon's Last Jest; It's the ultimate battle with the last of the Dark Masters as the gang struggles valiantly to defeat Piedmon and save the DigiWorld. But is Piedmon the only evil force the children have to defeat in order to accomplish their goal?
DigitalTai's Summary; They gang encounter Piedmon who turns War Greymon, Metal
Garurumon, Matt and Tai into dolls after learning of their increased
strength. They others try to fight but are defeated. TK is left, feeling all
is loss, until he recovers his spirit to fight and his crest glows. The
arrival of MAGNA ANGEMON was come. Magna Angemon proves far more powerful
than even War Greymon and Metal Garurumon as he destroys Piedmon. Afterwards,
he returns the dolled friends to normal. But, a dark presence is coming as
the Digiworld becomes completes corrupted.
(eps. 53)DigitalTai's Summary; The gang discovers that the Dark Masters and all the other
evil digimon were only tests as they witness the true enemy, the dark being
known as Kimeramon. Kimeramon attacks the digimon using attacks of all the
digimon they ever defeated. This proves too much for the Digi-Destined's
Digimon and their power is processed into data and absorbed by Kimeramon.
With loss of their power the Digimon devolve and the tags and crests are lost.
With the crests gone, It looks like its the end but the Digi-destined's
chests glow in the shape of their crests and their digimon evolve into their h
ighest forms. And their awesome power (The added power from episode 49 gave
the their digimon the power to warp-digivolve.) causes the end for Kimeramon.
(eps. 54)DigitalTai's Summary; With Kimeramon defeated, they feel that it's all over. But,
with his last words Kimeramon begins the self-destruction of the Digiworld.
They manage to stop it and in the end they hope to stay with their digimon,
but Gennai tells them they can't because with the restoration of the
Digiworld, they'll be deleted so they bid their digimon "children" good as
they return home. And the peace is found...for now.
