Backstreet Boys

As you all probably know, AJ is a member of a pop group called the Backstreet Boys. Listed below is a brief summary of what the fellas did to get to where they are today.

The Backstreet Boys were initially formed by Alexander James "AJ" McLean, Howard Dwaine "Howie D" Dorough, and Nicolas Gene "Nick" Carter. These three were from Orlando and often saw each other at auditions around the area. They decided to form a trio and were later signed by a local independent label. Their manager at the time, however, saw a need to add more members to the group to enrich their harmony. The trio spoke to Kevin Scott "Kevin" Richardson and soon asked him to join the group. The original fifth member of BSB was actually a man named Phoenix Stone. Unfortunately, he quit before the group began to blossom. After his departure, Kevin contacted his cousin Brian Thomas "B-ROK" Littrell from Kentucky and asked him to meet the rest of the guys.
