The Mind Connection
The first thing that fails when it comes to weightlifting is the mind. Usually when people have problems weight lifting it is because they need to focus on the mind as much as the body. Helping the mind includes: 1. Getting 6-8 hours of sleep (at least). 2. Making your workout fun. 3. Eating healthy so that your mind can function well and stay healthy. 4. Having an intense desire to succeed at all costs. I don't have any such things like "burnout" because I want to achieve my goals so much. If you have problems focusing, than maybe you need to reevaluate just how important a nice body and powerful muscles is to you.
