Some muscles in your body...

Here is a list of muscle terms in where they are on the body. This includes scientific terms as well as common terms. It will also tell some, and I mean SOME, exercises that will work that muscle..
  • Latimissus Dorsi = Middle Back. Exercises - Bent Over Rows, Lat Pulldowns, and carrying weights around the room (LOL).
  • Trapezius = Upper back. Exercises - Shoulder Shrugs and Lat Pulldowns.
  • Erector msucles (lower back) - Deadlifts, hyperextensions, etc.
  • Abdominals = Stomach. Exercises - Weighted sit-ups.
  • Pectoralis = Chest. Exercises - Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, and Dumbbell Flies.
  • Biceps = Front arm. Exercises - Barbell Curls, Dumbbell Curls, and Preacher Curls.
  • Triceps = Back Arm. Exercises - Tricep Extensions, Military Press and Bench Press.
  • Deltoids = Shoulders. Exercises - Military Press and Lateral Raises.
  • Brachilias - Forearms. Exercises - Wrist curls.
  • Quadriceps - Front Leg. Exercises - Leg Press, Squats, and Leg Extensions.
  • Hamstrings - Back Leg. Exercises - Leg Curls.
  • Soleus - Calves. Exercises - Seated Calve Raises.
  • Gastrocnemius - Calves. Exercises - Standing Calve Raises.
  • Gluteus Maximus - Buttocks. Exercises - Squats

    These are the main muscles. I suggest that you train every muscle listed here.
