This years football season will kick off on Sept. 4th against the hated Notre Dame Irish. Michigan will play without Hayden Epstein, who severely injured his leg and will be out for the entire season. Epstein was going to be looked upon to do all 3 kicking duties this year. Michigan will also be without super sophmore Justin Fargas who broke his leg. The starting quarterback postition is still an unclaimed, but I think Tom Brady will get the nod because of his leadership and he provided last year. However, I think that as the season goes on Drew Henson will become the starter. For more football info visit my page listed below.
The Hockey team this year for the wolverines were 25-11-6. Mike Comrie led the team in total points with 19 goals, 25 assists and 44 total points. Freshaman goalie J. Blackburn finished the season with senior like statistics with a record of 25-10-6. They won the CCHA Championchips for the second straight year. The U-M basketball team is looking to improve this year after a pathetic year. And they have the tools to do just that. Coach Ellerbe proved that he is not a fluke by reeling in a top 5 recruiting class according to most top national gurus.
