Lissa glared down at Angus. "What now? I really must be going."
Rohan stepped up to Fairy and looked up at her. "Please, Lissa. Reconsider."
Lissa sighed. "Reconsider what?"
Angus stood to the other side of Fairy, making Lissa feel boxed in. "Come with Rohan and me. To Kells. King Conchobar wants to meet you..and maybe we could help with your quest."
Lissa shook her head. "No. I need no help!"
Angus crossed his arms and smiled. "Your as stubborn as..me!"
Lissa stared down at him. "Excuse me?"
Rohan was starting to laugh. "Your right,Angus. She is as stubborn as you!"
Lissa bristled. "I am not stubborn! I am on a tight schedule, and you two are keeping me from finishing my task with your chatter!"
The men exchanged a amused glance. "Your schedule is so tight that you cannot spare an few hours to meet with King Conchobar?"
Lissa stared down at them, annoyed at the amusement on their faces. Finally, she sighed. "Oh,very well…If I come with you, though, you must promise to let me get on my way when I am finished!"
The men nodded. "Of course. You won't regret this, Lissa!"
She sighed. "I hope your right, sir."
The men headed off, and Lissa followed them, fear clenching in her belly. Kells. Her family's greatest enemy…..No. Mauve's greatest enemy. Lissa was no longer a member of Temera. Still…
Garrett and Ivar were gaping at the old man, and Deirdre was sure she had the same look on her face. She cleared her throat. "Sister! Maeve has no sister!"
The old man smiled in amusement. "Yes, she does, my princess. She just wasn't as involved with the war as Maeve, being only eight at the time."
Deirdre nodded. "Same as me."
The old man nodded. "Yes. While Maeve helped out with battle plans, Lissa was confined to the castle."
Ivar leaned on against a hut. "What happened to her after the war?"
The old man looked sad. "Well, after the war, their father died. Lissa was never seen again."
Deirdre bit her lip. "Till now."
The old man nodded. "I suggest you ask that druid of yours. He might know."
Deirdre nodded. "Thank you.,"
The three walked away, talking softly. "Have you asked Cathabad, Deirdre?"
She nodded tiredly. "Yes. But he said nothing about this."
Garrett was looking at something. "Well, you might just be able to ask Lissa yourself."
Deirdre looked up. "How?"
He pointed. "Because. Rohan and Angus have apparently found her, and they are heading this way."
Deirdre whirled around. Sure enough, Rohan and Angus were headed their way, with a slightly annoyed looking Lissa on horseback between them. She raised an eyebrow. "Well, now. Time to get some answers."
