The next day, Garrett announced his plan to return to Regard. "I can't stay here any longer," he said. "We'll miss you," Elizabeth said. The knights watched as he left for his kingdom.
That night, Rohan had a wonderful dream. He was in a room with Deirdre. They were lying on her bed, twisted in the sheets. They were both naked. He kissed he passionately. Then he awoke. What a wonderful dream! he thought.
The next day he told Elizabeth and Angus about the dream. "So what do you think it means?" he asked. The two other knights thought. Then they both shook their heads. That afternoon, they were called in the throne room. Apparently Elizabeth and Deirdre had something to tell them. "Well, the reason we called you all here is to tell you that....." Deirdre said, trailing off. Elizabeth picked up where she left off. "Deirdre and I are both expecting a child." she said. Ivar and Rohan looked stunned. "A child?" Ivar finally said. Elizabeth nodded. He gave a whoop of joy and lifted Elizabeth into his arms as Rohan did the same.
9 months later.......
It was a rainy and stormy day when the two princesses went into the first stages of labor. It was very painful for the both of them. Elizabeth gave birth first. She had a beautiful baby girl. Deirdre gave birth about a hour later. She had a baby girl as well. "They're so beautiful," Ivar said. Rohan agreed.
The next day the two newborn princesses were named. Deirdre and Rohan's child was named Ashley Rose, while Elizabeth and Ivar named their little girl Sarah Elizabeth. It was a very happy family. Garrett had also returned to see the new princesses.
