Mystic Knight of Stone Part 3

As the other Knights raced towards Temra, Elizabeth was still being held prisoner in Maeve's dungeon. Although she made it look to Torc and Maeve like she was knocked out, she was really awake and listening to Maeve and Torc's conversation.
"Once the Knights get here to save their little friend they all won't make it out alive. I'll have Tyrune waiting for them. He'll give them the proper greeting," Maeve said.
"An excellent plan, my queen," Torc said.
Oh no! The Knights with lose for sure! Elizabeth thought.
She called for Aideen. "Go tell the other Knights that this is a trap and that Tyrune is waiting for them once they get here. Tell them to take another route that is out of sight to Tyrune." she said.
"I'm on my way," Aideen said and flew off to find the other Mystic Knights.
When Aideen found the others, they were almost to the castle.
"Wait!" she called.
The Knights stopped in their tracks.
"What is it Aideen?" Rohan said.
"Tyrune is waiting for you at the castle. It is a trap for you guys." she said.
"And just how did you find all this out?" Angus said.
"From Elizabeth. she was listening to Queen Maeve's conversation with Torc and she heard that Tyrune was waiting for you four. She said to find another route to Temra that it out of sight to Tyrune." the little fairy answered.
"Well then, we will find another route to Temra." Rohan said.
The Knights found another route to Temra and by outwitting Torc, they rescued Elizabeth.

That night, Deirdre went to visit Elizabeth in her room. She found Elizabeth lying on her bed.
"Elizabeth? Can I talk to you?" she said. Elizabeth looked up startled.
Then, seeing Deirdre, nodded. Deirdre sat down on Elizabeth's bed with her.
"Is there something wrong? Because I saw you running out of the throne room crying. What's wrong?" Deirdre said.
"Well, I am kinda jealous of you and Rohan because I also love Rohan." Elizabeth responded. Deirdre just looked at her. "Well, I just want to be happy for the both of you. I have decided to put my feelings aside and let you two be happy." she added.
"Well I have something to tell you. I happen to know for a fact that Ivar likes you." Deirdre said and then left.

The next day, while the Knights were practising their fighting skill, Ivar pulled Elizabeth into the throne room and confessed that he loved her and wanted to marry her. Later that day, the king also announced that he was going to adopt Elizabeth as his own daughter. She would become Deirdre's heir. The five Knights also sent word to Ivar's kingdom of his engagement to Elizabeth. Soon Ivar's parents came to meet his bride-to-be.
"Announcing Queen Sophia and King Robert of Regard," one of the kings guards called.
Ivar's parents entered and bowed before the King of Kells.
"We were sent word of our son's engagement. We would like to meet his bride," King Robert said.
The king told one of his guards to go and get Elizabeth. While that was being done, the other Mystic Knights came into the throne room to meet Ivar's parents. Just as Angus finished introducing himself, the newly crowned Princess Elizabeth came into the room. All the guards, Rohan, and Angus bowed in the presence of royalty.
"Mother, Father, I would like you to meet my bride, Princess Elizabeth of Kells," Ivar said.
Elizabeth bowed in front of the king and queen.
"It is an honour to meet you," she said. It seemed to the others, that King Robert really liked Elizabeth, but that Queen Sophia did not.
"If you don't mind, I would like to speak to my son alone." the queen said.
King Conchobar stayed while the others left to go practice their fighting skills. The queen proceeded to tell Ivar that she did not think Elizabeth suitable for her son.
"But mother, I love her. Why can't you be happy for me?" Ivar protested.
The queen did not respond but she left. Ivar went outside to tell the others the bad news. When the others heard they were shocked.
"Why wouldn't she like Elizabeth?" Rohan said angry.
"Elizabeth is one of the sweetest people I know." Ivar just looked at the ground. Just then his father came up to him.
"I don't know what your mother said, but you have my blessings to get married and that is enough to have you two married." he said.
The five Mystic Knights jumped for joy.

The next day, there was a double wedding. The two couples were Rohan and Deirdre and Ivar and Elizabeth. After their wedding, unfortunately, they all had to go out on patrol. But one happy note was that Garret had come to Kells to stay for a while.
While all six Knights were on patrol, a evil creature attacked them. They called up their armour.
"Fire within me"
"Earth beneath me"
"Water around me"
"Air above me"
"Stone beneath me"
"Forest before me"
They fought with the monster, but they could not defeat it. To add to their troubles, Tyrune decided to show up. The Knights split up. Garret, Ivar, and Angus fought with the monster while Deirdre, Elizabeth, and Rohan fought Tyrune. Rohan summoned Pyre and attacked from their air while Deirdre and Elizabeth attacked from the ground. But the Knights had to retreat to come up with a new battle plan.
Back in Temra, the evil Queen Maeve relished in her victory. "Soon I will have Kells, and the Mystic Knights will be mine!"
