1/4 C sour cream 1/4 C chopped celery 3 T sweet pickle relish 2 T chopped green onion 1 1/2 t prepared Deli
mustard | In 2 qt pan, bring water and salt to a boil Add hash brown and cook 3-4 min, or until tender
Drain and set aside Combine remaining ingredients in lg bowl Add potatoes and toss gently until coated
