Pinwheels
Ingredients:Directions:
1, 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 T grated onion
1 t horseradish
Dash worcestershire Sauce
1, 4 oz or 2, 2 1/2 oz pkgs of thin sliced ham or beef luncheon meat
Combine first 4 ingredients until they're a spreadable consistancy.
Seperate meat slices.
On an 18 in piece of aluminum foil, lay out 5 slices of meat
so that they are overlapping slightly.
Repeat this 2 more times so that
all rows of meat overlap to create a rectangular shape.
Spread with cheese mixture.
Roll up in jelly roll fashion...
the foil will help you it get started.
Roll up completely and "pin" with tooth picks.
Refrigerate.
Just before serving, remove toothpicks
and slice into 1 in slices.

Crab Dip
Ingredients:Directions:
2, 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, minced
1/2 C mayonaise
1, 8 oz package Louis Kemp (tm) artificial crab, flaked...then chopped finely.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill.
Serve on fancy crackers.

Easy Crockpot Cocktail Franks,Sausages or Meatballs
Ingredients: Directions:
1 32 oz. jar grape jelly
1 Bottle Chili Sauce
2 packages of mini sausages OR
2 packages of cocktail franks OR
1 package of (precooked) heat and serve meatballs
(if frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator.)
Set crock pot on low.
Pour chili sauce and jelly into crock pot.
Stir thoroughly.
Add meat and cook in crock until heated through.
These go quickly, so you may want to double the recipe.

Easy Chicken Spread
Ingredients:Directions:
2 sm cans white chicken meat, drained
1 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
2 heaping T Miracle Whip
1/4 C minced onion
1/4 C finely chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients
You may put in a food processor for a finer consistancy
You may also garnish with sliced/diced olive, pimento, and/or fancy shredded cheese
Serve with crackers or bread sticks for dipping
