1, 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 T grated onion
1 t horseradish
Dash worcestershire Sauce
1, 4 oz or 2, 2 1/2 oz pkgs of thin sliced ham or beef luncheon meat |
Combine first 4 ingredients until they're a spreadable consistancy.
Seperate meat slices.
On an 18 in piece of aluminum foil, lay out 5 slices of meat so that
they are overlapping slightly. Repeat this 2 more times so that all
rows of meat overlap to create a rectangular shape.
Spread with cheese mixture.
Roll up in jelly roll fashion... the foil will help you it get started.
Roll up completely and "pin" with tooth picks.
Refrigerate.
Just before serving, remove toothpicks and slice into 1 in slices.
