1, 11 ounce can (undrained) mandarin oranges 1, 8 1/2 ounce can (undrained) sliced peaches 1, 8 ounce can (undrained) pineapple tidbits 1 medium onion, diced 1/2 (each) medium green pepper, red pepper, and yellow pepper chopped 3 minced garlic cloves 3 T cornstarch, 4 t vinegar | Combine cornstarch in a bit of the fruit juice, stirring until dissolved Add all ingredients to a slow cooker set on high Stir well and cover Cook 2 hours or until thickened and heated through stirring occasionally Serve with tortilla chips
