Super Mario Bros. DeluxeBy Nintendo |
| Now Game Boy players get to relive the past with this Game Boy Color version of the original Super Mario Bros., for the NES. This game features slightly better graphics than the original, plus the usual two-player alternate mode, where the second player plays as Luigi (Mario's brother). But, Nintendo also added new features to the game, including: the Challenge mode (where you have to find five red coins and a hidden Yoshi egg in each level), the Versus mode (where Mario and Luigi race each other, at the same time, to the end of the stage), the Versus Boo mode (where you race a Boo Buddy through each stage), the "Lost Levels" mode (this is the Japanese Super Mario Bros. 2, you might have played the Super NES version of it on Super Mario All-Stars), and a picture album and print shop (using the Game Boy Printer, you can print out pictures from the album and more). All of these new modes and the original game will make this one of the best Game Boy games of 1999. |
