Worked 25+ years doing business applications development on the mainframe and 
software development on client-server computers.  Also planned, designed and 
implemented web page development projects.

Obtained B. S. in Business Administration and a M. B. A. from Indiana University in
Bloomington, Indiana.  Studied SAP R/3 methods and concepts and ABAP/4 Development
Workbench Programming.

Since 1972, I have been contracting the planning, design and implementation of
Information Technology projects but may consider a permanent S A P  R/3 employment
opportunity in Central Indiana.

My objective is to obtain a SAP R/3 employment opportunity using FOCUS, WebFOCUS,
ABAP Queries, SAPscripts, Ad Hoc Queries and/or ABAP/4 Development Workbench 
Programming.  I would like to become involved with the implementation, maintenance or 
support of the FI/CO modules, the Logistics Supply Chain modules (SD, PP, MM),  or the 
Human Resource modules (HR-PA and HR-PD).

Ideally, I would like to specialize and become an expert in the SAP R/3 Human Resources 
module.  I am especially interested in working with the employee groups, business 
processes, drivers, schemas, functions, rules, operations, infotypes, wage types and 
functionality specific to a company's gross and net payroll functions.

After I develop and demonstrate the capability to provide payroll, benefits, workforce
capacity planning, and other human resource services to a company according to their 
business model, strategy and objectives, a more long-term goal may be to mentor junior 
Human Resource IT employees and to help oversee the management and monitor the 
performance of a company's entire Human Resources IT function.
