Anturiaf Arglwydd yr awr hon

Anturiaf, Arglwydd, yr awr hon,
Yn llwch a lludw ger dy fron;
  O flaen dy fainc a'th orsedd Di
  Gweddi a mawl sy'n gweddu i mi.

Tŵr yn y nos Ti imi sydd,
Fy nghraig a'm cysgod yn y dydd
  I'm cynnal: am dy ofal Di
  Gweddi a mawl sy'n gweddu i mi.

Tylawd a noeth, gresynus wyf,
Gwan ac anghenus dan fy nghlwyf;
  Mae ffynnon bywyd gyda Thi:
  Gweddi a mawl sy'n gweddu i mi.

Mae yna dorf luosog lân,
Yn bur eu cerdd, yn bêr eu cân;
  Eu mawl yn unig sydd i Ti:
  Gweddi a mawl sy'n gweddu i mi.

I will venture, Lord, this hour,
In dust and ash before thy breast;
  I front of thy bench and thy throne
  It is prayer and praise which befit me.

A tower in the night Thou art to me,
My rock which shades me in the day
  To support me: for thy care
  It is prayer and praise which befit me.

Poor and naked, wretched I am,
Weak and needy under my wound;
  There is a well of life with Thee:
  It is prayer and praise which befit me.

There is there a numerous, clean multitude,
Pure their music, sweet their song;
  Their praise is only unto Thee:
  It is prayer and praise which befit me.
