Yn fore gwrando fi fy Naf

(Salm V)
Yn fore gwrando fi fy Naf;
  Yn fore galwaf arnat:
Can's nid wyt Dduw i garu drwg;
  Ni thrig i'th
      olwg anfad.

Dof finnau tua'th dŷ mewn hedd,
  Am dy drugaredd galwaf;
Trwy ofn, a pharch,
    a goglud dwys,
  I'th sanctaidd eglwys treiglaf.

Can's ti, Arglwydd, anfoni wlith
  Dy fendith ar y cyfion:
A'th gywir serch,
    fel tarian gref,
  Rhoi drosto ef yn goron.

(Psalm 5)
In the morning listen to me, my Master;
  In the morning I cal upon thee:
Since thou art not a God who loves evil;
  A wicked one shall not
      dwell in thy sight.

But I shall come to thy house in peace,
  For thy mercy I shall call;
Through fear, and reverence,
    and an earnest attitude,
  To thy holy church I make my way.

Since thou, Lord, sendest the dew
  Of thy blessing upon the righteous:
And thy true affection,
    like a strong shield,
  Thou dost put over him like a crown.
