Trwy amheuon, pryder, ofnau,
Mae ein llwybrau o bob tu,
Hyd y bedd, yr atgyfodiad,
A'r esgyniad dedwydd fry;
Arglwydd dyro
Ffydd i'n cynnal ar y daith.
Dyro ffydd i gyflawn gredu
Tystion sydd, o oes i oes,
Wedi dal i dystiolaethu
Yn ddi-fwlch am Grist a'i Groes,
Gweinidogion
Sacramentau Eglwys Dduw.
Maent yn dangos inni'r clwyfau
Yn ei ddwylo ef a'i draed,
Dangos archoll ddofn ei ystlys,
Dangos inni'r dwfr a'r Gwaed;
A dywedant:
"Na fydd anghredadun mwy."
Clywir atsain yn y pellter,
Sŵn caniadau'r Eglwys fawr,
Megis atsain dyfroedd lawer,
Trwy yr oesau'n dod i lawr;
Unwn ninnau
Yn yr ogoneddus gān.

Tonau [878747]: |
Through doubts, worry, fears,
Are our paths on every side,
Until the grave, the resurrection,
And the happy ascension above;
Lord grant
Faith to uphold us on the journey.
Grant faith to fulfil the belief
Of witnesses who have, from age to age,
Kept the testimonies
Unbroken about Christ and his cross,
The ministers
Of the sacraments of the Church of God.
They are showing to us the wounds
In his hands and his feet,
Showing the deep cut in his side,
Showing to us the water and the blood;
And they say:
"There shall be no unbeliever any more."
A resonance is heard in the distance,
The sound of the great Church's songs,
Like the resonance of many waters,
Through the ages to come down;
Unite us too
In the glorious song.
