Seinied cōr Caersalem newydd
Lawen a phereiddiol gān,
Cadwed heddiw Basg yr Arglwydd
Mewn llawenydd dibrin, glān;
Cododd Crist, y Llew anorfod,
Ac ysigodd ben y ddraig;
Cān y saint eu mawl diddarfod
I'w Pryniawdwr mawr a'u Craig.
Filwyr! ā thaer lef anfonwn
Gyda'n cān ein gweddi fry,
Ar i'r Brenin, pan orffenwn
Waith y cledd,
ein dwyn i'w Dŷ;
Mawl, gogoniant, ac anrhydedd
Yn oes oesoedd fo ar gān,
I'r lān Drindod byth heb ddiwedd -
Tad a Mab ac Ysbryd Glān.

Seinied cōr Caersalem newydd
Foliant a phereiddiol gān,
Cadwed heddiw Basg yr Arglwydd
Mewn llawenydd pur a glān;
Cododd Crist, y Llew diorfod,
Torrodd allu mawr y ddraig;
Codant hwythau'r saint o'r bedrodd
Wrth lais bywiol Had y Wraig.
Uffern ddofn a roes i fyny
Ysbail a lyncasai gynt;
Wele dorf yn canlyn Iesu,
Pawb yn rhydd, ar hwylus hynt;
Rhyfedd yw ei fuddugoliaeth,
Teilwng o fawrhydi yw;
Unir mewn un lān lywodraeth
Nef a daear gan eu Llyw.
Milwyr, ā thaer lef anfonwn
Gyda'n cān ein gweddi fry,
Ar i'r Brenin, pan orffenwn
Waith y cledd,
ein dwyn i'w Dŷ;
Mawl, gogoniant, ac anrhydedd

Let the choir of New Jerusalem sound
A joyful and sweet-sounding song,
Let the Lord's Passover be kept
In bountiful, holy joy;
Christ rose, the unconquered Lion,
Who bruised the head of the dragon;
Let the saints sing their unceasing song
To their great Redeemer and their Rock.
Soldiers! with an intense cry let us send
With our song our prayer up,
Up to the King, when we finish
The work of the sword,
we are led to his House;
Praise, glory, and honour
Forever and ever be in song,
To the holy Trinity forever without end -
Father and Song and Holy Spirit.

Let the choir of new Jerusalem sound
Praise and a sweet-sounding song,
Let the Lord's Passover be kept today
In pure and holy joy;
Christ arose, the unconquered Lion,
He broke the great power of the dragon;
The saints, they shall rise from the tomb
At the lively voice of the Woman's Seed.
Tamed Hell has given up
The spoil it formerly swallowed;
See a throng following Jesus,
Everyone free, on a joyful course;
Wonderful is his victory,
Worthy of majesty is he;
To be united in one holy government
Are heaven and earth by their Leader.
Soldiers, with an intense cry let us send
With our song our prayer up,
Up to the King, when we finish
The work of the sword,
we are led to his House;
Praise, glory, and honour
Forever and ever be in song,
To the holy Trinity forever without end -
Father and Song and Holy Spirit.

Ye choirs of new Jerusalem,
Your sweetest notes employ,
The Paschal victory to hymn
In strains of holy joy.
For Judah's Lion bursts His chains,
Crushing the serpent's head;
And cries aloud through death's domains
To wake the imprisoned dead.
While we, His soldiers, praise our King,
His mercy we implore,
Within His palace
bright to bring
And keep us evermore.
All glory to the Father be,
All glory to the Son,
All glory, Holy Ghost, to Thee,
While endless ages run.

To wake the imprisoned dead.
From hell's devouring jaws the prey
Alone our Leader bore;
His ransomed hosts pursue their way
Where Jesus goes before.
Triumphant in His glory now
To Him all power is given;
To Him in one communion bow
All saints in earth and heaven.
While we, His soldiers,
praise our King,
His mercy we implore,
Within His palace bright to bring
And keep us evermore.
