O dyro im fy nefol Dad

(Gweddi am Sancteiddhad)
O dyro im, fy nefol Dad,
Ddiymod brawf i'm sancteiddhad;
  Er mwyn dy Fab, O! clyw fy llef,
  Cans unwedd yw â'i weddi Ef.

Hiraethu'r wyf am gael o hyd
Dy gariad Di yn llond fy mryd;
  Fel caffwyf y fendigaid fraint
  Sy'n eiddo fyth i
      deulu'r saint.

O! una Di fy nghalon i
I ofni beunydd d'enw Di;
  A thywys fi yn ffordd y gân
  Sy'n gynnyrch hedd y galon lân.

Rho imi sail i ganmol gwaith
Dy ras o'm mewn
    tra pery 'nhaith;
  A'm digon byth fydd
      bod â'm llun
  Yn berffaith lân fel Ti dy Hun.

(Prayer for Sanctification)
O give me, my heavenly Father,
Unconditional proof of my sanctification;
  For thy Son's sake, O hear my cry!
  Since it agrees with his own prayer.

Longing I am always to get
My mind full of thy love;
  Thus I shall have the blessed privilege
  That belongs forever to
      the family of the saints.

O unite thou my heart
Daily to fear thy name;
  And lead me in the way of song
  That produces the peace of a clean heart.

Give me a basis to extol the work
Of thy grace within me
    while my journey continues;
  And sufficient for me forever shall be
      having my appearance
  Perfectly holy like thee thyself.
