O am groesi'r ddû Iorddonen
I feddiannu'r hyfryd wlad:
O fy Mhrynwr gwerthfawr, arwain
Fi i dŷ fy nefol Dad;
Dwg fi adref, &c.
O'r anialwch erchyll hwn.
Perarogla'i maesydd gwyrddion
Gan anfarwol flodau hardd;
Ffrwythau iachus a melysion
Gesglir yno'n ddiwahardd:
Pren y bywyd, &c.
Dros y fro a leda'i frig.
Ei haneirif gu drigolion
A gydrodiant gyda'r Oen,
Oll yn gwisgo'u gynau gwynion,
Yn ddibechod, yn ddiboen:
Gorfoleddu, &c.
Yn dragwyddol fydd eu gwaith.

O to cross the black Jordan
To possess the delightful land!
O my precious Redeemer, lead
Me to my heavenly Father's house;
Lead me home, etc.
From this horrible desert.
The sweet scents of its green fields
From beautiful, immortal flowers;
Healthy and sweet fruits
Are to be gathered unhindered there:
The tree of life, etc.
Over the region shall spread its head.
Her innumerable dear inhabitants
Shall walk together with the Lamb,
All wearing their white robes,
Sinless, painless:
Rejoicing, etc.
Eternally shall be their work.
