Iesu annwyl, gwrando fi,
Mae trugaredd gyda Thi;
At bwy'r af i ddweud fy nghwyn -
Buost farw er fy mwyn.
Nid wy'n ceisio ger dy fron
Aur a pherlau'r ddaear hon;
Iesu annwyl, gwna fi'n sant,
Cymer fi yn un o'th blant.
Clywais ddweud fod plant fel fi
Yn y nefoedd gyda Thi;
Os caf innau yna ddod,
Canu a wnaf am byth dy glod.

Iesu annwyl, gwrando ni,
Mae trugaredd ynot Ti;
At bwy'r awn i ddweud ein cwyn?
Buost farw er ein mwyn.
Clywsom am Dy garia Di -
Clywsom sôn am Galfari!
Derbyn blant ym moreu oed -
Ni wrthodaist neb erioed.
Clywsom ddweyd fod plant fel ni
Yn y nefoedd gyda Thi;
Os cawn ninnau yno ddod,
Canwn, canwn byth dy glod.

Tonau [7777]: |
Dear Jesus, listen to me,
There is mercy with Thee,
To whom I shall go to tell my plea -
Thou didst die for me.
I am not seeking before thee
Gold and pearls of this earth;
Dear Jesus, make me holy,
Take me as one of thy children.
I heard say that children such as I
Are in the heavens with Thee;
If I too may come there,
Sing I will forever thy praise.

Dear Jesus, listen to us,
There is mercy in Thee,
To whom shall we go to tell my plea?
Thou didst die for me.
We have heard about Thy love -
We have heard mention about Calvary!
Receive children in the morn of age -
Thou didst never reject anyone.
We have heard say that children like us are
Are in the heavens with Thee;
If we too may come there,
We will sing, sing forever thy praise.
