Gwisg ein dyddgwyl heddiw, Arglwydd,
  Â goleuni d'orsedd fawr;
Dwyn y mae i bechaduriaid
  Obaith am y nefol wawr.

Wele Was yr agoriadau,
  Wele Athro mawr y Ffydd;
Wedi tystio hyd at farw,
  Heddiw maent yng ngwlad y dydd.

Pedr Fugail a dderbyniodd
  Agoriadau'i Deyrnas ef,
Cymorth ninnau oll i brofi
  Blas maddeuant
      llawn y nef.

Pawl, ardderchog Athro enwog,
  Dysg i ni fucheddu'n iawn;
Wedi i'r cysgodion gilio
  Cawn fwynau y gwynfyd llawn.

Dwy gainc ir yr olewydden,
  Boed i'ch gweddi drosom fod
Yn gynhorthwy i gyrhaeddyd
  Bywyd bythol uwch y rhod.

Mawl a fo i'r Drindod sanctaidd,
  Dad a Mab ac Ysbryd Glân,
Oddi wrth y garedigion,
  Trwy'r holl oesau'n ddiwahân.

Clothe our festival-day today, Lord,
  With the light of thy great throne;
