Gadewch i blant dd'od ataf Fi

Gadewch i blant dd'od ataf Fi,
  Medd Iesu yn ei air;
Lle i rai bychain
    Sïon Duw,
  O fewn fy mreichiau cair.

I'r cyfryw rai mae teyrnas nef
  A'i breintiau'n awr yn rhydd;
Am hyny, na waherddwch hwynt,
  Can's gwawrio wnaeth y dydd.

Yn blant digofaint ganwyd ni,
  Ein cyflwr aflan yw;
Ond trwy rinweddau
    gwaed y groes,
  Mae gobaith in' gael byw.

Let children come to Me,
  Says Jesus in his word;
A place for the little ones
    of the Zion of God,
  Within my arms is to be got.

Belonging to such is the kingdom of heaven
  And its privileges now available;
Therefore, forbid them not,
  Since dawn did the day.

As children of wrath we were born,
  Our condition is unclean;
But through the merits of
    the blood of the cross,
  There is hope for us to get to live.
