Etifeddion Brenin Nef,
Ar eich taith, molienwch Ef;
Am weithredoedd mawr ei ddawn,
Rhoddwch iddo foliant llawn.
Myn'd yr ydym ar ein hynt,
Teithiwn lwybrau'n
tadau gynt;
A chawn wledda gyda hwy
Yn y wlad heb ofid mwy.
Gorfoleddwch ar eich taith,
Nid yw'r llwybr eto'n faith,
Nef, a gorsedd fawr ei bri,
Ddyry Duw yn rhad i chwi.
Gadael wnawn holl bethau'r byd,
Awn yn llon i'r nef ynghyd;
Arglwydd grasol: O! bydd Di
Yn Arweinydd byth i ni.

Tôn [7777]: Etifeddion Brenin Nef |
Heirs of the King of Heaven,
On your journey, praise Him;
For actions of great talent,
Render to him full praise.
Going are we on our course,
Let us travel the paths of our
fathers of old;
And we may get a feast with them
In the land with no more grief.
Be ye jubilant on your journey,
The path is not still long,
Heaven, and a throne of great renown,
God shall give freely to you.
Let us leave all the things of the world,
Let us go cheerfully to heaven together;
Gracious Lord: Oh be Thou
A Leader forever to us!
tr. 2015 Richard B Gillion

Children of the heavenly King,
As ye journey, sweetly sing;
Sing your Saviour's worthy praise,
Glorious in His works and ways.
We are travelling home to God,
In the way
the fathers trod;
They are happy now, and we
Soon their happiness shall see.
Shout, ye little flock, and blest,
You on Jesus' throne shall rest:
There your seat is now prepared -
There your kingdom and reward.
Lord, obedient we would go,
Gladly leaving all below;
Only Thou our leader be;
And we will still follow Thee.
