Dyma'r dydd roed ini gofio
  Adgyfodiad Iesu gwiw,
Wedi maeddu uffern greulon
  Prynu dynion fyrdd i Dduw!
    Haleliwia!
  Byth i'w enw anwyl Ef!

Dyma'r dydd ordeiniwyd ini,
  Gan ein Harglwydd at ei waith;
Darllen, canu, a gweddio,
  Gwrando ar ei hyfryd iaith;
    Na foed enaid
  Heddyw'n fud trwy'r ddaear faith.

Darllen, canu, a gweddïo,
  Canu iddo hyfryd iaith;
    Na foed enaid
  Sy'dd yn credu, heddyw'n fud.

Byth i'r Tad y bo gogoniant,
  Clod a moliant, parch a bri,
Ac i'r Mab, a'r Sanctaidd Yspryd,
  Heb wahân yn Un a Thri;
    Byth heb ddiwedd,
  Fel o'r dechreu, seinia'u clod.

This is the day given to us to remember
  The resurrection of worthy Jesus,
Having beaten cruel hell
  To win a myriad men for God!
    Hallelujah!
  Forever to his dear name!

This is the day ordained for us,
  By our Lord for the sake of his work,
To read, sing, and pray,
  To listen to his delightful language;
    May no soul
  Today be mute throughout the vast earth.

  That is believing, be mute today.

Forever to the Father be glory,
  Acclaim and praise, reverence and renown,
And to the Son, and the Holy Spirit,
  Without division as One and Three;
    Forever without end,
  As from the beginning, sound his acclaim.
