Dydd sy'n dyfod gwela'i Mhriod

Dydd s'n dyfod gwela'i Mhriod
  Ar gymylau'r nefoedd wen,
Yr haul dywylla,
      'r lloer a wridia,
  Y ser a syrthia oll i'r nen:
    Rhif y tywod, &c.
  Fydd o seintiau gydag ef.

Santaidd fydd y gorfoleddu,
  Wrth gyfarfod uwch y ser,
Yr holl ffyddloniaid y pryd hyny,
  Fydd yn canu i fy Ner;
    Heb ymadael, &c.
  A'm Hanwylyd hyfryd byth.

Ar ddelw Iesu
      adgyfodant,
  Yn anllygredig ar ei lun,
Rhif y ser o waredigion,
  Fydd yn moli Mab y dyn:
    Caru Iesu &c.
  Heb orphenu caru byth.

Am yr amser 'rwy'n hiraethu,
  Groesaw, groesaw,
        pryd y daw,
Caf yr hyfryd werdd balmwydden,
  Draw'r Iorddonen, yn fy llaw?
    Gwedi gorphen, &c.
  Pob cystuddiau dan yr haul.

Ni bydd pechod i fy mlino,
  Yn y deml hono byth,
Uchel cana'i am ei faddeu,
  Yn mhlith y seintiau
        rif y gwlith;
    Heb un cystudd, &c.
  Yn dragywydd i fy nghwrdd.

Derfydd ofni temtasiynau,
  Tyred fuddugoliaeth lawn,
'Rwy'n prysuro at y boreu,
  Na cha'i weled fyth brydnawn,
    Sabbath hyfryd, &c.
  Fyth, heb ofid, yn parhau.

Gwaredigion Iesu cyfiawn,
  Do'nt i Sïon yn gytun,
A llawenydd a chaniadau,
  Ar eu penau bob yr un;
    I'r gorfoledd, &c.
  Mawr di-ddiwed sy'n parhau.

[Mesur: 878747]

A day is coming when I shall see my Spouse
  On the clouds of blessed heaven,
The sun shall darken,
      the moon shall redden,
  All the stars shall fall from the sky:
    The number of the sand, &c.
  There shall be of saints with him.

Sacred shall be the jubilation,
  On meeting above the stars,
All the faithful at that time,
  Shall be singing to my Lord;
    Without leaving, &c.
  My delightful Beloved ever.

In the image of Jesus
      they shall rise again,
  Incorruptible in his likeness,
The number of stars of delivered ones,
  Shall be praising the Son of Man:
    Loving Jesus, &c.
  Without ever finishing loving.

for the time I am longing,
  Welcome, welcome,
        the time that shall come,
Shall I have the delightful green palm,
  Across the Jordan, in my hand?
    After the end of,
  Every affliction under the sun.

Sin shall not be grieving me,
  In that temple ever,
Loudly I shall sing about his forgiveness,
  In the midst of the saints
        numerous as the dew;
    With no affliction, &c.
  In eternity to meet me.

The fear of temptations shall vanish,
  Let the full victory come,
I am hurrying towards the morning,
  I shall never get to see evening,
    A delightful Sabbath, &c.
  Forever, without worry, enduring.

Let the delivered ones of righteous Jesus
  Come together to Zion as one,
With joy and songs,
  On their heads, every one;
    To the great, &c.
  Unending jubilation that is enduring.
