Cynghor yr Arglwydd yn ddilyth

Salm XXXIII. Rhan II.
Cynghor yr Arglwydd yn ddilyth
  A bery byth yn berffaith;
A holl feddyliau 'i galon wiw
  Barha i bob rhyw genedlaeth.

A phob cenedloedd dedwydd ŷnt,
  Os Duw sydd iddynt Arglwydd;
A'i ddewisolion Ef a'u gwnaeth
  Yn etifeddiaeth hylwydd.

O'r nefoedd fry yr edrych Duw
  Ar lwybrau pob rhyw ddynion;
Ac o'i breswylfa
    edrych ar
  Y ddaear a'i thrigolion.

Wele lawn olwg Duw a'i wawl
  Maent ar y sawl a'i hofno;
A'i drugareddau sydd ar led
  I'r sawl a 'mddiried ynddo.

Ein henaid gan yr Arglwydd hael,
  Sy'n disgwyl cael ei bywyd;
Efe a byrth ein henaid gwan,
  Efe yw'n tarian hefyd.
Maent ar y sawl :: Sydd ar y rhai
a 'mddiried :: ymddiried

Psalm 33. Part 2.
The counsel of the Lord unfailingly
  Shall remain perfect forever;
And all the thoughts of his worthy heart
  Shall remain for every kind of generation.

And all nations happy shall be,
  If God is Lord to them;
And His chosen whom he made
  A prosperous heritage.

From heaven above God looks
  On the paths of every kind of man;
And from his residence
    he looks on
  The earth and its inhabitants.

See the full sight of God and his light
  They are on those who fear him;
And his mercy is abroad
  To those who trust in him.

Our soul by the generous Lord,
  Are expecting to get their life;
He shall feed our weak soul,
  He is our shield also.

PSAL. XXXIII.
11 Whate'er the mighty Lord decrees
     shall stand for ever sure;
   The settled purpose of his heart
     to ages shall endure.

12 How happy then are they, to whom
     the Lord for God is known!
   Whom he from all the world besides
     has chosen for his own!

13 He all the nations of the earth
14   from heav'n, his throne, surveyed;
   He saw their works,
       and viewed their thoughts,
15 by him their hearts were made.

18 'Tis God, who those that trust in him
     beholds with gracious eyes;
19 He frees their soul from death, their want
     in time of dearth supplies.

20 Our soul on God with patience waits,
     our help and shield is he;
21 Then, Lord, let still our hearts rejoice,
     because we trust in thee.
