Chwifio mae banerau Seion,
  Heddiw, yn yr awel rydd;
Ac er amled y gelynion,
  Ni raid ofni colli'r dydd:
    Buddugoliaeth
  Ddaw i Seion yn y man.

Y mae Iesu'r Pen-tywysog
  Ar y maes o flaen ei lu;
Cryfach ydyw na'r cryf arfog,
  A'i ddeheulaw sydd o'n tu:
    Buddugoliaeth
  Ddaw i Seion yn y man.

Cwympodd dewrion yn y fyddin,
  Mae y Blaenor eto'n fyw;
Ymddiriedwn yn ein Brenin,
  Ffyddlon, digyfnewid yw;
    Buddugoliaeth
  Ddaw i Seion yn y man.

Fluttering are the flags of Zion,
  Today, in the free breeze;
And despite how numerous are the enemies,
  There is no need to fear losing the day:
    Victory
  Shall come to Zion soon.

Jesus is the Head-prince
  On the field before his host;
Stronger he is than the strong weapon,
  And his right hand is on our side:
    Victory
  Shall come to Zion soon.

Brave ones have fallen in the army,
  The Foremost is still alive;
Let us trust in our King,
  Faithful, unchanging he is;
    Victory
  Shall come to Zion soon.
