Caru'r ydym enw'r Iesu,

Daeth o'r nefoedd i'n gwaredu,
  Cyfaill y plant:
Pwy a ddaw mor agos atom?
Pwy mor dirion fyth ohonom?
Iesu, 'r Hwn fu farw drosom -

Caru'r ydym waith yr Iesu,
  Athro y plant:
Daeth Efe o'r nef i'n dysgu,
  Athro y plant:
Rhoddodd inni ei ddamhegion,
Rhoddodd inni ei orchmynion,
Rhoddodd inni waed ei galon -
  Athro y plant.

Caru'r ydym nef yr Iesu,
  Cartref y plant;
Yno mae rhyw ddedwydd deulu,
  Cartref y plant;
Yno mae holl saint yr oesau,
Yno mae'r angylion hwythau,
Tuag yno teithiwn ninnau -
  Cartref y plant.

We love the name of Jesus,
  The children's Friend;
He came from heaven to deliver us,

Who will come to close to us?
Who so tender ever towards us?
Jesus, the One who died for us -
  The children's Friend.

We love the work of Jesus,
  The children's Teacher:
He came from heaven to teach us,
  The children's Teacher:
He gave us his parables,
He gave us his commandments,
He gave his heart's blood -
  The children's Teacher.

We love the heaven of Jesus,
  The children's home;
There is some happy family,
  The children's home;
There are all the saints of the ages,
There are the angels themselves,
Towards there let us travel -
  The children's home.
