Codwn faner dirwest,
    Heb un galon drist,
Baner buddugoliaeth
    Cariad Iesu Grist;
  I orchfygu'r gelyn
      Sydd am ddwyn ein bryd,
  Unwn gyda'r fyddin
      Sydd am wella'r byd.

Gwyliwn ac ymgadwn
    Rhag y ddiod gref;
Glynwn wrth yr Iesu
    Ar hyd ffordd y nef:
  Ceisiwn oll Ei gymorth
      Rhag pob blys a chwant,
  Yn Ei ofal tyner
      Y mae noddfa plant.

Unwn oll i bledio
    Glendid rhin a moes,
Felly yr enillwn
    Lu at Grist a'i Groes.
  Rhown ein llaw i'r meddwyn,
      Helpwn ef i'r lan;
  Gyda byddin Dirwest
      Gwnawn bob un ei ran.

Rhagom, filwyr ieuainc,
    Awn ymlaen o hyd,
Ar hyd llwybra purdeb
    Y daw hedd i'r byd;
  Cilia siom a gofid,
      Derfydd loes a chur,
  Pan ddaw pawb i brofi
      Bendith Dirwest bur.

Let us raise the banner of abstinence,
    Without any sad heart,
The banner of the victory
    Of the love of Jesus Christ;
  To overcome the enemy
      Which is taking our mind,
  Let us unite with the army
      Which is improving the world.

    From the strong drink;
Let us stick to Jesus

  Let us all seek His help
      Against all lust and desire,

      Is the refuge of children.

    The cleanliness of the merit he offered,
Thus shall we win
    A host to Christ and his Cross.
  Let us give our hand to the drunkard,
      Let us help him up;
  With the army of Abstinence
      Let us make every one his part.

Onward, young soldiers,
    Let us go forward always,
Along the paths fo purity
    Shall come peace to the world;
  Retreat shall disappointment and grief,
      Vanish shall anguish and pain,
  When everyone comes to experience
      The blessing of pure Abstinence.
