Codwn olwg ffydd i fynu

(Iesu ein Harchoffeiriad)
Codwn olwg ffydd i fynu
  I'r lle mae Iesu,
        mawr ei ras;
Ei gyfryngdod a'i deilyngdod,
  Mae'n ei osod yno i ma's:
    Dros ei bobl,
  Mae'n awr yn eiriol yn y nef.

Gallwn anfon ein gweddiau,
  A'n mawl, yn ddiau i'r orseddrad;
Mae'n Arch-offeiriad anwyl yno,
  I'w cyflwyno o flaen ei Dad:
    Byth mae'n dadleu,
  Rhîn ei angau a'i
        werthfawr wa'ed.

(Jesus our High Priest)
Let us lift our gaze of faith up
  To the place where Jesus is,
        great his grace;
His mediation and his worthiness,
  He is setting forth there:
    For his people,
  He is not interceding in heaven.

We may send our prayers,
  And our praise, no doubt to the throne;
Our beloved High Priest is there,
  To present them before his Father:
    Forever he is pleading,
  The merit of his death
        and his precious blood.
