Clod i Dduw trwy'r
    nefoedd fry,
Am yr iachwdwriaeth gu:
  Trwy anfeidrol ddwyfol waed,
  Iawn digonol imi gaed;
Moliant fyth i'r Tri yn Un
Am y ffordd i gadw dyn.

Moliant i Dywysog ne',
Aeth i'r lladdfa yn ein lle;
  Dygodd ef ddigofaint Duw,
  Profodd drosom farwol friw;
Seiniwn foliant Iesu'n faith,
Duw sydd foddlawn yn ei waith.

Acclaim to God throughout the
    heavens above,
For the dear salvation:
  Through immeasurable divine blood,
  Sufficient atonement is got for me;
Praise forever to the Three in One
For the way to save man.

Praise to the Prince of heaven,
Who went to the slaughter in our place;
  He took the wrath of God,
  He experienced for us a mortal bruise;
Let us sound the praise of Jesus abroad,
God is satisfied with his work.
