O Arglwydd Dduw y duwiau,
    gwna faddau'n beiau gyd,
Pechadur wyf o'r gwaetha',
    sut byna' daeth i'r byd:
  O Dduw, rho ysbryd gweddi,
      i weiddi Abba, Dad,
  A maddeu'n holl gamweddau,
      trwy faith rinweddau'r gwa'd.

Mae'r pechod yn fy nilyn,
    yn elyn drwg ei ryw,
Mae'n taro'n groes i'm cysur,
    mae'n groes i nattur Duw:
  Er cymmaint yw ei orchest
      i'm cael i lawr dan draed,
  Mi waedda yn ngrym yr earnest,
      fod concwest yn y gwaed.

O Lord God the gods,
    make forgiveness of all our sins,
A sinner am I of the worst,
    that ever came to the world:
  O God, grant a spirit of prayer,
      to shout Abba, Father,
  And forgive all our trespasses
      through the vast virtue of the blood.

The sin is following me,
    as an enemy of an evil kind,
It strikes contrary to my comfort,
    it is contrary to God's nature:
  Despite how great is its task
      to get me down underfoot,
  I will shout in the force of the earnest,
      that there is victory in the blood.
