CAD Drafting Experience

AutoCAD Designer is used to design in 3D various Injection moulding components like the manifold block, clamp assemblies, injection units etc.

Indigenous CAD packages like DD (Draftsman's Delight), GCAD and Virtual Draw.

All above packages manufactured and produced by M/s Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.

Part/Assembly Drawings as well as sketches.
Hydraulic and Electrical circuit diagrams.
Modelling Hydraulic Manifolds and Manifold assemblies (in 2D or 3D).

Mechanical Gap Frame Presses

Foundation Plans, sketches for Machine Manual.

Additional responsibilities

Create and maintain standard part libraries.
Create and maintain prototype drawing templates for all users on LAN.
Maintain MUTOH XP-500 Plotter for users.
