-To oldest son Francis Kenner, all money in hands of son-in-law William Seaton (L40), the balance of the money said Seaton owes me (L210) for the 250 acres of land I sold him;

-To daughter Betty Seaton L20-no more.

-To daughter Rebecca Clifton L20-no more.

-To daughter Mary Seaton L10-no more. -To son George Tuberville Kenner a tract of land and slaves.

-To grandson Rodham Kenner (son of George) a tract of land.

-To daughter Peggy and her husband Steven Pritchard a slave and L20.

-To grandson Howson Kenner (son of Francis) L20.

-To Rodham the tract of land I now live on and L20 currency.

-To grandson George Seaton L20-no more.

-To daughter Caty Markham and her daughter Mary Ann, slaves and livestock.

-To grandson Samuel Eskridge, alias Kenner, (son of daughter Susannah) two slaves and L100 cash with which to educate him.
