High school- Billy graduated from Francis Parker High Chicago Ill. in 1984. He attended school with fellow actors- Jennifer Beals and Daryl Hannah. In 1982 he attended the American school in Switzerland studying acting and writing.
Career=
Billy started his career by attending the Harand Camp of theater are in Elkhart Lake Wisconsin. He performed musicals with other actors like, John Cusack and Jeremy Piven. After high school he moved to Hollywood where he landed his first role as Match in ‘back to the future'. He also participated in ‘the actors gang' a group with Tim Robbins.
He is currently finishing a movie called ‘Taxman' however coming out faster is ‘ I woke up early the day I died' And Titanic, however titanic has landed him a nomination for Best Villain in the MTV awards and won best supporting actor at the block buster awards.

Lisa Collins- Married to him for 9 years (1987-1996) She is an Australian actress, they met while
doing Dead calm. The two had no children.
Jessica Murphy- They met at a pro woman rights Rally in New Zealand. She's a model. Nothing much is said about the couple. Billy likes it that way. ‘No publicity isn't bad publicity.'
