State Dependent Cup

My stimulating cup causes smooth flowing pleasure
It slides down my throat with warm sensation
With many temptations, new ones are treasure
A trip to the pot causes inner-celebration

My memory is developed but lost
This vile drink consistently attracts me
The information is retained at all costs
Yet this fluid makes memory costly

I've created a state dependent surrounding
My studying becomes void in this light
The underlying concept is quite astounding
But I won't even get it tomorrow night
